The school choir took part in the Peace Proms on Sunday 1st March. They were part of a choir with 2,500 children and sang along with the Cross Border Orchestra of Ireland. They performed in front of 5000 people in the SSE Arena in Belfast.
It was a brilliant day which the children will remember forever. They had to sing and dance a range of songs from Queen to Disney. They performed with so much enthusiasm and showed excellent behaviour throughout the day. The school is so proud of each and every child who performed on Sunday. They have spent months practising in school and at home and they showed their commitment to the choir.
Thank you to all the parents and families who have given up their time to support their child in the choir and prepare them for the Peace Proms. It is very much appreciated as the children will cherish these memories forever.
