Children from Primary Four took part in the Daily Mile Challenge around the school yard today.  It was wonderful occasion as the children were able to create their own back signs.

Northern Ireland Does The Daily Mile™ is a national event day in schools and across social media to encourage good mental health

The Daily Mile™ are hosting their first national event day in schools and across social media, because we want pupils across Northern Ireland to get active together, and connecting the importance of being active to mental health.

In light of the covid-19 pandemic, mental health awareness, especially in children and young people, and its relation to physical activity, is incredibly important. We’re encouraging every school to get involved and bring the nation together.
